Description
The Province is seeking one Proponent to deliver a case management software to replace the existing Consolidated Human Rights Information System (CHRIS), for the Alberta Human Rights Commission (the Commission) as described in this NRFP.
The Commission is a fifty (50) employee (with future growth to 100 employees) independent commission created under the Alberta Human Rights Act (AHRA). The Commission’s mandate is to foster equality and reduce discrimination. It does so by providing public information and education programs, and by helping Albertans resolve human rights complaints.
The CHRIS system is the Commission’s primary business application for managing human rights complaints including intake, tracking, processing assignments, adjudication, and resolution. The CHRIS application is used by individuals such as human rights officers, lawyers, administrators, and managers to manage case workloads, assign resources, draft correspondence, manage documents, track progress, and report on the work.
