    Description
    This RFP is open to all Pre-Qualified Contractor under the below mentioned Categories : 1-Bridge Rehabilitation C7300103 (includes Expansion joint replacement C7300106) 2-C7400200 - Building General Contractor 3-Concrete Road /Sidewalk Works C7000200 (includes: concrete paving, non-reinforced concrete work, curb, gutter, apron and sidewalk, mud jacking/pressure grouting which includes concrete paving C7000202 and mud jacking/pressure grouting C7000203). Concrete rehabilitation and refurbishment of Calgary Transit infrastructure including all LRT structures and maintenance facilities throughout the LRT system. This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Project consists of unit priced construction services of the kind(s) described in this RFP at locations and in quantities as specified in Work Orders from time to time. The Agreement will be renewable annually for up to FIVE (5) years as specified in the Finalized Contract Letter.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/08/01.
