Description
AIMCo is looking for a progressive and innovative organization that can support AIMCo on its journey towards creating a psychologically safe and inclusive organization through training, coaching and other tools. Topics of interest include how psychological safety can help improve equity and inclusion, decision making, team effectiveness and continuous improvement. This NRFP is intended to solicit Proposals for Psychological Safety Training as outlined in this document (the “Project”). Proposals are expected to address the following components: - Psychological Safety Training; - Psychological Safety Coaching; and - Psychological Safety Tools or Support Material.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/01/30.
