Description
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Civida to prospective respondents to submit quotations to provide Tree Services on an as and where needed basis for various Civida-managed properties, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The scope of services generally consists of but is not limited to: a) Watering, pruning and cutting of trees. b) Removal of trees. c) Stump grinding. d) Supply and application of pesticide and fertilizer. e) Removal of tree debris and litter. f) Supply and application of mulch. Respondents are to refer to the detailed Scope of Work set out in Appendix E of this RFQ. It is Civida’ s intent to enter into contract with a supplier for a two (2) year period with two (2) single year options for extension.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/07/17.
