Description
Standing Offer Agreement to replace the aging Cube Van Fleet within the next 10 years on an as and when requested basis. The intent of this RFQ is to establish a Supply Arrangement with a Vendor that can meet the specifications and provide the required Cube Van(s), in a timely manner, when and/or if required, on a supply basis during this RFQ’s Contract period. The Distribution Centre (DCS) is currently operating 8 cube vans in its fleet. As part of the Division's evergreen lifecycle planning DCS is anticipating replacing the aging fleet over the next ten years as funding becomes available. One new cube van has been ordered in 2023. One will be ordered in 2024. In order for Purchasing & Contract Services to deal effectively with vendor questions pertaining to this RFQ, such questions must be communicated by 12:00:00 PM on November 16, 2023 . RFQ is in English and responses must be submitted in the English language.
