Description
The objectives of this project are to procure one organization which will be able to provide payroll and HR support for the entire DS North Zone for both PDD FMS and FSCD direct hire family support. These supports are to be put in place to provide Albertans with tools and resources to continue to support individuals through these direct hire agreements. The contracted payroll company will provide consistent oversight in the application of family-managed service funding, ensure consistent financial reporting, adherence to Labour Standards, Canadian Revenue Agency requirements, and general employer-related responsibilities. It is expected that the successful proponent will enable consistency of best practice as it relates to fiscal responsibility and financial management of these agreements.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/04/01.
