    Update 01_CPE23-036 Strategic Communications and Issues Management (Jan 5-2023) Update 02_CPE23-036 Strategic Communications and Issues Management (Jan 10-2023) Update 03_CPE23-036 Strategic Communications and Issues Management (Jan 12-2023) Update 04_CPE23-036 Strategic Communications and Issues Management (Jan 16-2023) To enhance its service delivery model, CPE is issuing this RFP to establish one vendor who have expertise in and is capable of delivering a range of strategic communications, issues management and stakeholder relations services (as further set out in Appendix B) to CPE and Departments to support the following their communications efforts, as well as critical projects and clients with both the public and external stakeholders. The successful Proponent will undertake the implementation of ongoing strategic communications, issues management and stakeholder relations as needed to support issue identification, strategic communication planning for critical priorities, stakeholder management and reporting. The successful Proponent will provide services for major projects, crisis communications, change management initiatives and high-priority stakeholder management.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/02/01.
