    Description
    The County of St Paul seeks quotations from interested parties for Municipal Solid Waste Collection. The County provides 4 and/or 6 yard front load bins for the collection of solid waste at various public or semi public locations throughout the County, such as: - Transfer sites - Unmanned bin sites - Parks - Community halls, and - Assorted facilities in and around the County, Hamlets, Town of St Paul, County of Smoky Lake At this time 198 bins at 69 locations are considered public or semi public. Based on the current schedule for pick-up there are 244 bin tips required each week. There are eight transfer stations in the County, each with bins requiring tipping either weekly or twice per week. A total of 68 tips required per week. The County also offers to residents an option to lease a 4 or 6 yard bin, and for a fee the County will pick the bin up on a weekly, biweekly (2 times per month), or monthly schedule. At this time 108 bins at 106 locations are privately leased by residents. Based on the current schedule for pick up there are an average of 44 bin tips required per week. The term of this agreement is to be determined. May range from one year to ten years.
