Description
1) This RFQ is open to all interested Suppliers. 2) The City requires the Supply & Delivery of Drainage Gravel for East Calgary Waste Management Facility 3) This process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4) It is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The City intends to enter into up to one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a term of three (3) months with no option to extend. The Agreement will not include a PoC.
