Description
This RFP is open to all interested vendors. The City is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to supply all labour, materials and equipment necessary to provide tree care for nine geographical zones in the City The City of Calgary intends to enter into up to four (4) agreements for Tree pruning, tree removal, stump grinding, inventory and emergency response services on an as, if, and when required basis. There will be four schedules each schedule is covers the zones within the City that the proponent will be responsible to provide the above services for. Schedule 1 – Zones 6 and 7 Schedule 2 – Zones 5 and 8 Schedule 3 – Zones 1,4 and 9 Schedule 4 – Zones 2 and 3 The Agreement will be for a Term of 5 year(s) The Agreement(s) will be for an initial Term of one (1) year, the City will have an option to renew the Agreement for two (2) additional two (2) year terms for a potential total term of five (5) years.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/05/01.
