1. "This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following categories: C7000300 - Landscape Construction C7000200 - Concrete Road/Sidewalk works (includes: concrete paving, non-reinforced concrete work, curb, gutter, apron, mud jacking) 2. Construction and maintenance for a natural area park including but not limited to pathways, stairs, gathering areas, re-vegetation. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Scheduled operational date: 2023-09-30
