Description
This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Irrigation Construction & Maintenance C7000302. 2. The work consists of Supply and installation of mainlines, laterals, sprinklers, controller cabinet, concrete pad, security fencing, tree protection, landscape rehabilitation and all related items necessary to provide a properly operating automatic irrigation system to cover the applicable landscape. 3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Agreement Term: Substantial completion (scheduled Operational Date) 2024 -October -15
