Description
SAIT is requesting proposals from experienced General Contractors to apply and seek pre- qualified status with SAIT in order to generate a pre-qualification list of General Contractors. Pre-qualified status is a designation awarded by SAIT to those General Contractors and they will be given an opportunity to be considered and selected to provide General Contracting services for various construction and renovation projects for Facilities Management, in a timely and cost-effective manner. Project values will be varied and the dollar value will not exceed $5,000,000 per project. Only pre-qualified General Contractors will be invited to participate in these types of projects

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/09/01.
