Description
1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary requires the services of a supplier to rotate traffic signal structures to assist in over dimensional escorts. The Supplier will assist in over dimensional escorts, supplying vehicles and personnel to rotate traffic structures in the evening hours, on an on-call basis 3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The City intends to enter into one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a Term of three (3) year(s). The Agreement may be renewed as follows: The Agreement may be renewed two (2) times for one (1) Year each time not to exceed a total of five (5) years. The Agreement will not include a POC.

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/09/04.
