Description
Demolition and removal of existing interior washroom and entrance as per attached plans. Completion and coordination of the construction to complete the renovation and all required trades for the interior renovation (as per the attached plans – variation in finishes, flooring, toilets, etc. can be proposed based on cost and availability). Drawing corrections: a. The Town would like a proposal for flooring materials (remove concrete only). b. Hot water tank to be removed and installed in a separate contract (do not include). c. Ceiling height is not specified in drawings (variable based on budget, specify within the proposal). d. Fixtures representative only, please indicate chosen fixtures and pricing (economical options to be presented within the proposal).
