Description
The RFQ is open to all interested vendors. First Aid kits Replacement per CSA standard Z1220-17 (First aid kits for workplace). The legislation will be enforced by OHS Officers from March 31,2023. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.  The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of initial one (1) year, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) renewals two (2) years each time. The total term length should not exceed five (5) years.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/04/01.
