Description
AIMCo has grown over the years, so has its governance and operating models. However, AIMCo’s technology, ability to leverage data, and processes have not scaled effectively to enable the organization to deliver value on behalf of clients. As a result, AIMCo’s architecture, technology, and data are fragmented, making it a challenge to implement the new investment and client centric strategy. AIMCo undertook a wide-ranging assessment, with a focus on technology and data supporting the investments business.
