Residential Demolition and Remediation Project

The Town of Drumheller (the Town) seeks to obtain the services of qualified and licenced Alberta Demolition Contractor(s) to submit a Bid(s) to demolish and remediate all improvements on lands of the properties described below, through the Residential Demolition Program (the Program). The Town is treating the demolition and remediation services for the three properties in Rosedale as one package and the other two properties in Lehigh and one property in East Coulee as another package (hereinafter referred to as the "Rosedale” and “Lehigh/East Coulee” packages). As described herein, the demolition and remediation services for each package will be evaluated for award on an individual basis. As such, the Town has the option to select one Demolition Contractor to perform the demolition of both packages, or two individual Demolition Contractors to demolish each package, as deemed beneficial to the Town. Furthermore, the bidders have the option to submit a Bid for the demolition of one package or both packages. IMPORTANT: It is important to acknowledge that a pre-qualification procurement process has been undertaken prior to this tender, and as these six properties are categorized under the "Cleanup" project type, only pre-qualified contractors within this project type are hereby invited to submit their bids.
