Please visit following link to access the open opportunity: http://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/16866980 The City of Calgary is seeking information on incentivizing the development of renewable assets on eligible brownfield sites within Calgary city limits. This Expression of Interest is open to all interested bidders. The City seeks information including but not limited to: - Market returns on renewable assets - Expected market returns on new renewable developments within city limits - Expected market returns in other jurisdictions - Barriers to development within city limits (tax, regulatory, or otherwise) - Levels of incentives required to attract development within city limits - Most appropriate mechanism for incentivizing renewable development - Cost per MW for renewable developments - Operating costs for renewable developments - Any other information relevant to renewable development - Market capability to develop renewable assets on Eligible Brownfield Sites within city limits - Respondent previous experience with similar projects This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding process.
