Description
The AESO is seeking a single qualified general contractor to provide services at our facilities in the Calgary area. The Services will be requested and quoted on an ad hoc basis in response to AESO’s project schedule and the requirement for repair or maintenance activities. The Services requested may include but are not limited to: • roofing repair or replacement; • sewage lift station repair or upgrade; • interior or exterior painting; • interior renovations and reconfigurations; • flooring replacement; • washroom renovations; • glazing replacement; • building envelope repairs; • asphalt repair or replacement; • exterior concrete or flatworks; • millwork repair or supply / installation; • fencing; • electrical and mechanical installation and retrofit; • design build of projects; • structural steel and concrete; and • site works.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/05/01.
