Town of Devon Bike Park rehabilitation

Scope of Work The Town is seeking proposals from qualified contractors that specialize in the construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation of bike skills parks. Once the Town has reviewed the proposals a quote will be sent to the successful proponents that meet the requirements for bid. The following will be the scope of the work. The scope of work includes the supply of material and rebuilding costs for components of 4 areas of the bike skills park including the pump track, flow trail, skills park, and bump track. The scope of work includes 1 year of warranty maintenance. The item requiring the most immediate attention is the pump track followed by the flow trail and if budget permits, will include the skills park and bump track. Specifications The Town of Devon is seeking an experienced bike park contractor who can supply clay and material, labour, and equipment to reconstruct the pump track. The contractor is also required to repair features of the flow trail with erosion control measures in place. Proponents must have demonstrated experience constructing and maintaining bike parks. Please provide reference to bike parks completed, the budget as well as references for our review. Proponents will be scored according to the rating evaluation provided, 10 points will be added for value added, so provide additional information to describe and explain what your company can bring to deliver a great final product.
