Description
The Province is seeking a contractor to construct and implement a new centre-wide System, which delivers reliable and consistent services for Users within the Red Deer Remand Centre (RDRC) municipally located at 4720 – 49 Street, Red Deer, Alberta. The successful Proponent will be required to construct and implement the System based on the Province’s existing design plans and schematics in accordance with the requirements of this NRFP. These design plans and schematics detail out the location and quantity of all Devices. The Province will require all organizations interested in submitting a Proposal to attend a mandatory site tour of RDRC. The Mandatory Proponent Site Tour is scheduled for March 14, 2024 at 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00 hours Alberta Time. All Proponents participating in the mandatory site tour must sign, and return to the Contracting Manager, the Province’s non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on or before March 13, 2024 at 16:00:59 hours Alberta Time. The form of NDA can be downloaded from APC under this NRFP opportunity. Proponents will be required to comply with the Province’s special procedures to access and tour RDRC, including business conduct, safety and security requirements, which will be provided upon written request by the Proponent following the signing of the NDA. Following the mandatory site tour those Proponents still interested in submitting Proposals will be provided copies of the documentation listed in section 2.1 of this NRFP opportunity.
