This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Road Construction (C70000000) OR Asphalt Road Works C7000100 To view the list of pre-qualified firms, visit https://www.calgary.ca/CA/fs/Documents/Bid-and-Vendor-Information/PrequalifiedContractors.pdf Summary: Surface overlay of Sarcee Trail SW from 17 Ave SW to Richmond Rd SW. Pavement rehabilitation (i.e. mill and inlay asphalt) on Sarcee Trail SW. The work includes concrete repairs, subgrade repairs if necessary, and all traffic accommodation. Scheduled Operational Date: 2024-08-31 This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
