Description
Medicine Hat College is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested companies (Proponents) for the provision of building operations and related maintenance services of approximately 500,000 sq ft of indoor space. Maintenance services will include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, life safety systems and card access. The EOI will be used to prequalify proponents for an invitational Request for Proposal (RFP). Services to be provided by the successful Proponent will begin August 1, 2024. The initial term will be for 3 years plus a 2 year renewal option.
