This Solicitation is open to all interested vendors Ad Hoc deployments involves day to day guard services with small crowds such as ; • Wait Line monitoring for Transit Tickets • Maintenance projects • Fire watch patrols • Security of equipment or infrastructure at any City of Calgary Sites This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will be for an initial term of two (2) years. After the initial term, The City will have an option to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for four (4) years for a potential total term not to exceed six (6) years

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/03/31.
