Description
This Contract is for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required to perform tile repairs, installations, and maintenance services in City owned/leased facilities on an if and as required basis. Work falls into two categories: Planned Work and Service Calls. The majority of the work is anticipated to be Service Calls on a time and materials basis. Planned Work are bid/process request jobs, where all Contractors will be invited to bid on. Contractors may be assigned multiple jobs at a time.
