    *** Addendum #2 has been posted**** *** Addendum #1 has been posted**** ****PLEASE NOTE DOCUMENTS MAY BE DOWNLOADED FROM: https://nait.bonfirehub.ca/portal/?tab=openOpportunities The purpose of this Request for Pre- Qualifications (RFPQ) is to pre-qualify Preferred Proponents who will participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process. A subsequent RFP will select a Successful Proponent to design, build, operate and maintain a student residence on NAIT property. The pre-qualification of Preferred Proponents is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. • the first stage is the creation of a ‘Pre-Qualification List’ Successful Proponents from the Submissions received for this RFPQ; and • the second stage is the Owner’s issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Successful Proponents for the specific services for this project. The term of Pre-Qualification awarded through this RFPQ is for the selection of the Successful Proponent for the Student Residence Project only. NAIT is looking to partner with an organization who will design, build, operate and maintain student housing on NAIT property. RFP scheduled to be issued by February 9, 2024
