The City of Edmonton plays an important role in managing over 4,500 hectares of maintained parkland and open space. This standing arrangement will be used to assist in the strategic master planning, schematic design, design development, detailed design, construction documentation, public engagement and communications for the various City departments. Areas of practice would generally fall into the following categories: , small and large park development, sports fields and courts, trees and naturalization, low impact development, park facilities such as water features, playgrounds, pedestrian stairs, trails, pathways, plazas, boulevards, streetscaping and other miscellaneous site features.
In general, work under this Agreement is intended to provide services for a variety of design and construction projects whose size, value and time constraints require the prompt response of Consultant resources.
The Consultant shall be the Prime Consultant and be responsible for all civil engineering, landscape architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, architecture and other Works required to provide the necessary Services for the Project awarded through the call-up.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/01/01.
