Description
Standing Offer Agreement for Fleet Vehicles. The Distribution Centre (DCS) is currently operating 8 cube vans in its fleet. As part of the Division's evergreen lifecycle planning the DCS is anticipating replacing the aging fleet over the next ten years as funding becomes available. One new Commercial Cutaway Van with a Custom Truck Body has been ordered in 2023, the specifications of the order are similar to the specifications provided in this RFQ. The Contract will commence upon execution and continue for a 3 year period, unless terminated earlier. PCS may extend the Contract for up to 2 additional 3 year periods. Respondents must be manufacturer authorized resellers in good standing and are capable of meeting the Contract requirements. (A letter from the manufacturer may be requested to verify this requirement).
