2023 - 2027 New Construction and/or Maintenance Projects for Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Water

The Town of Elk Point is accepting Statement of Qualification submissions from contractors that are interested in pre-qualifying for the provision of New Construction and/or Maintenance Projects for Water, Sanitary Sewer (deep utilities) and Storm Water tendered in 2023, to and including 2027. The Pre-qualified Contractors will be determined by the Town after evaluation of all submissions. This pre-qualification Request for Proposal is open from April 13, 2023 to April 28, 2023. The scope of contracting works to be provided to the Town includes, but is not limited to: 1. Water Works • Water Main replacement and repairs • Hydrant, valve replacement and service replacement • New water main construction 2. Sanitary Sewer Works • Sanitary sewer replacement and repair • Manhole replacement and service replacement • New sanitary sewer construction 3. Storm Water Works • Concrete box culvert replacement • Storm water management ponds, inverts and outfalls • New sanitary sewer construction The Statement of Qualification submissions must be received by the Town no later than April 28, 2023 at 1:00:00 PM MST to allow the Town to evaluate new submissions prior to the closing of 2023 – 2027 Water, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Water Works. The evaluation time for new submissions is approximately 1 week. Only contractors intending to offer services on these types of projects need to respond to this call.
