Description
The purpose of this RFPQ is for the Town of Okotoks (the Town) to invite interested parties to submit Submissions showing that they possess the relevant experience, capability and resources to undertake the Design-Build services for the Foothills Okotoks Regional Water System (FORWS), as described further herein. This RFPQ is not a tender or an offer or a request for proposals, and there is no intention by the Town to make an offer by issuing this RFPQ. A two-stage procurement process will occur to qualify Design-Builders for the scope of work for two (2) main projects as noted below (the “Projects”), which are described in Part B of this RFPQ. The Projects are as follows: 1. Intake, Pump Stations, and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Modifications (Raw Water Intake, Intake Pump Station, Reservoir Pump Station, and WTP Modifications) 2. Raw Water Main

The estimated contract period will be 30 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/03/01.
