Description
1. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following categories:" Watermain Sani/Storm Sewer C7200100; and
Water Feeder mains, Sanitary/Stormwater Sewer Trunks C7200105.

2. Description: This project involves the replacement and/or extension of existing water and sanitary main at various locations.
3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. Agreement Term: Until project completion scheduled for 2024 October 31.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 8 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/03/01.
