Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Civida to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Lawn Maintenance Services at various Civida-managed residential properties within the City of Edmonton and area, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Civida-managed properties are split into eight (8) property districts which are subject to change from time to time. The services under this RFP are required on a seasonal basis for all property districts. The work required under this RFP has been split into two (2) Packages as follows and as set out on the Unit Price Schedule: • Package 1 (Property Districts A, B, F, G, and H) • Package 2 (Property Districts C, D, and E) A proponent may submit pricing for more than one Package; however, it is Civida’s intent to enter into contract with two (2) contractors. Civida will determine the allocation of Packages among the top-ranked proponents.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/04/03.
