Description
Scope of Work The Niche Records Management System (RMS) is at the core of all CPS law enforcement and crime prevention processes. It is the primary system used by all CPS operational personnel as well as all support units involved in occurrence reporting, record keeping, court, public service (e.g., police information check, FOIP), analysis and reporting processes. Due to the centrality of the Niche RMSto CPS, it is integrated with all other major CPS IT systems, some operated by partner agencies such as Calgary 911 and the RCMP: · Warrant Tracking Database · Hexagon 9.2 Computer Aided Dispatch · EvidenceOnQ · Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) · Police Information Check Database · Business intelligence systems including PowerBI, Palantir, Universal Query · Data reports and dashboards driving several business unit and dozens of mandatory reporting processes. Police Intelligence systems and processes. Police Information Portal Records management processes, including the OpenText Content Server database.
