It provides communications services to all government departments through its central offices in Calgary and Edmonton and branches embedded within government departments. Led by the Managing Director, CPE staffs the external communications functions in its operations branch and all Departments. This includes supporting Departmental communications units. CPE is issuing this RFP to establish one vendor with significant expertise who is capable of delivering a range of digital media strategy and creative asset development services to CPE and various Departments. These specialized services will enhance CPE service delivery and communications efforts for critical projects. The Contract is not an exclusive contract for the provision of these services and is not assured any volume or value of work pursuant to the Contract as all work will be on an “as required” basis. The Province may use other procurement methods to contract with vendors for the same or similar services to those described in this RFP if, in the sole discretion of the Province, the Contractor is unable to meet the requirements of a particular Project.
