    Description
    This Invitation To Tender ("ITT") is an invitation by Red Deer Polytechnic (“RDP”) to solicit competitive bids from qualified firms to perform the work required to complete the High Voltage Project (“Project”). Bidders are to submit pricing for the provision of Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 25KV High Voltage Cable Replacement and Upgrade Transformer TX-10-25 located at RDP Main Campus. It is RDP’s intention to enter into the CCDC 2 2020 stipulated price contract (“Contract”) attached as Appendix A to this ITT with only one (1) legal entity. A evaluation committee assembled by RDP will review the written bids that meet the mandatory requirements. The compliant bids will be evaluated on their cost aspects and the award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price. A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for November 16, 2022 at 10:00:00 hours MT. All attendees are to meet at RDP, inside the Main Entrance. The site visit is open to all general contractors and major sub-trade Bidders. Bidders are requested to complete and email Appendix C - Site Visit two (2) business days prior to the site visit.

    The estimated contract period will be 9 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/01/06.
