Description
The Proponent will manage and coordinate the environmental services for the Flood Mitigation program. The following is a general list of all the regulatory approvals that have been required for the Flood Program project work so far. The remaining projects will require, at a minimum, the same approvals as part of the works. • Water Act • Water Act - First Nations Consultation • Public Lands - First Nations Consultation • Public Lands – Temporary Field Authorization • Public Lands – Licence of Occupation • Historical Resources Act Approval • Fisheries and Oceans Canada Authorization • Navigable Waters Act
