The City of Calgary (“The City”) seeks a qualified firm to plan and execute an audit to assess the effectiveness of controls to detect the occurrence of cyber security events within The City’s IT environment. This audit would assess the effectiveness of the most important controls aligned with the detect function of the NIST CyberSecurity framework. The qualified firm is responsible for providing resources to deliver the audit, including providing quality assurance.
