Description
1. This Request for Proposal is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category:" C7200001 - Water Pump Stations and Reservoirs". Description: The project is for Starlight East Pump Station Phase 3 Construction, work includes transition from interim station to full capacity station including pumps, EI&C, generator, HVAC and additional structural work. 3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Agreement Term: Until project completion scheduled for 2027 June 30.

The estimated contract period will be 52 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/02/13.
