Description
The County will be procuring a new financial ERP system or system(s) to carry out all of the required operational functions for a Canadian municipality. Understanding the scope and resources required to successfully implement a system or integrating multiple systems to function together, the County is seeking a project management consultant and implementation team to act on the County’s behalf throughout the duration of this project to fill the gap of qualified staff resources to manage such a project.
The selected proponent team will be responsible for the entire project including but not limited to evaluation of proposals, proof of concept, integration(s), data migration, testing, project management, training, support, and full system deployment that will meet the performance requirements as agreed upon while committing to a highly responsive customer service and support.
It is expected that the selected proponent team will help ensure the system design and configuration is aligned with the County’s business processes and policies. The selected proponent will ensure effective testing, development of milestones for the selected software(s), and the change management processes.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 18 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/06/17.
