Description
The Government of Alberta is requesting a proposal for a comprehensive solution to Fleet Management. There will be 3 components to the RFP, a FMIS (Fleet Management Information System), Fleet Services Card and Long Term lease. FMIS: This is an online system in which the GoA and applicable ABC's (Agencies, Boards and Commisions) can use to track and monitor vehicle assets. Fleet Services Card: This would be a proprietary/non-proprietary card used by GoA employees to pay for fuel/vehicle maintenance Long Term Lease: This would be a quote for financial pricing for leasing vehicles from 12 to 84 months The document attached to this RFP details the various requirements the GoA has on all the various services. There are both mandatory and supplementary requirements. Please pay attention to all mandatory requirements.
