The Government of Alberta is requesting a proposal for a comprehensive solution to Fleet Management. There will be 3 components to the RFP, a FMIS (Fleet Management Information System), Fleet Services Card and Long Term lease.
FMIS: This is an online system in which the GoA and applicable ABC's (Agencies, Boards and Commisions) can use to track and monitor vehicle assets.
Fleet Services Card: This would be a proprietary/non-proprietary card used by GoA employees to pay for fuel/vehicle maintenance
Long Term Lease: This would be a quote for financial pricing for leasing vehicles from 12 to 84 months

Contract duration
