    *Questions and Answers (Q&A) document added July 7, 2023* Questions and Answers (Q&A) document added July 4, 2023 Questions and Answers (Q&A) document added June 29, 2023 Alberta Education’s Low Incidence Support Services (LISS) unit leads a team of low incidence specialists who are available to support school authorities in meeting the needs of students from low incidence populations. This team is called the ‘Provincial Low Incidence Team’ and is comprised of specialist professionals from each of the low incidence areas. Alberta Education requires qualified Resources who will support provincial school authorities and the service providers working for them on behalf of students who are blind or visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing, deafblind or have complex communication needs (particularly in the area of augmentative and alternative communication).

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 22 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/08/16.
