Description
The Town of Claresholm invites quotes for engineering of the 2024 infrastructure upgrades. The project is to design, engineer, tender and oversee construction for 450 lm of road upgrades including concrete, installation of 250m of 375mm sanitary sewer with manholes, installation of 250m of 375mm storm sewer, including manholes and catch basins, as well as installing 2 sets of service stubs of 200mm water and sanitary. Also included is an additional optional line item of approximately 1200m² new road construction, 160m concrete sidewalk, curb, and gutter. New installation of 50m of 200mm watermain with valves and hydrant, 50m of 200mm sanitary sewer including manhole, and water and sewer service to 8 residential lots. Construction location is 2nd St E from Tamarack to 55th Ave, 55th Ave E to Pine Place, and Pine Place.
