Description
Northwestern Polytechnic currently owns and maintains the property at 11208 99 Avenue in Fairview, Alberta known as House #5. This Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) seeks to attract interest from external parties in the property for the purpose of building renewal and development for future occupancy. Proposals of all types will be reviewed for merit and alignment with NWP strategic goals. To arrange for access outside of the scheduled viewing times for the purposes of facility inspections to assist in developing a proposal, please send a request to the contact inquiry at surplus@nwpolytech.ca to schedule an appointment.
