Description
The University of Calgary intends to purchase the Aurora Flow Cytometer from Cytek Biosciences. This system will be used in conjunction with other Cytek system. To the universities’ knowledge, this is the only full spectrum flow cytometer with five (5) lasers UV/V/B/YG/R, 64 fluorescent Avalanche Photodiode (APD) detectors, vacuum fluidics, small particle detection using Violet laser SSC and flat-top beam shaping optics, capable of 40+ colors. Additionally, in order to maintain continuity in the analysis and continuation of experimentation previously conducted we require the same instrument and SpectraFlo software.
