Description
1) This is an SOR which is Competitive Invitational based on the Suppliers selected under RFSO 19-2025 At The City of Calgary, Urban and Community Systems in partnership with Real Estate & Development Services (RE&DS) are seeking a Concept Plan for Downtown West including supporting studies, a comprehensive open space network vision, and conceptual development plans for city-owned parcels. This project is intended to integrate the visioning, planning, conceptual design (Concept Plan) for all public lands including rights-of-way, city-owned parcels, public realm and open space components throughout the west end of Downtown. The objective of the work is to develop a comprehensive vision for high-quality, functional streetscapes, open spaces and redevelopment opportunities that enhances the quality of life for residents and supports economic vitality for Greater Downtown.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 8 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/01/03.
