RFP 23-1587 Fencing and Gate services

Find this Opportunity here: http://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/16754418 The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking a qualified firm to provide: Regular scheduled and emergency response for fencing and gate service, inspection and repairs at The City facilities Service availability to The City facilities to minimize disruption to ongoing LRT/Bus service. Replacement, upgrading, or new installation of fencing or gates. Other business units within The City, may utilize this contract, on an as if and when required basis. See Appendix F for more details on Deliverables. The City intends to enter into an Agreement with one Proponent for the provision of all components as described above. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The City intends to enter into one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a Term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed as follows: The Agreement may be renewed, three (3) times for two (2) Year each time, not to exceed a maximum of seven (7) years.
