Description
This Work involves the provision of all labor, materials, and equipment required to provide retail fuel related services and bulk fuel deliveries to site locations for the City of Edmonton on an if, as, and when required basis, as detailed in this document. Fleet and Facility Services provides expertise in vehicle and equipment procurement, maintenance, fleet and facility engineering and fuel management services for over 5000 City vehicles. These vehicles and equipment include, but are not limited to, transit buses, waste trucks, light duty cars, heavy duty trucks, off- road equipment, snow removal units and aerial devices. An essential part of this service is to provide the City fleet and the City’s partners with fuel. This includes access to retail fuel stations. Included with retail fuel access is access to the vehicle/car wash facilities at the retail fuel stations. This also includes City owned fuel sites with bulk fuel storage tanks.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/12/14.
