Description
1. This RFQ is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary (The City) requires an Authorized Reseller of ForeScout Products, Services and Maintenance and Support. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) additional three (3) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of nine (9) years.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 108 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/12/01.
