Description
1. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: C7000000: Road Construction 2. Improvements to safety and access for people who walk, wheel and drive in Sandy Beach/River Park. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Scheduled Operational Date: 2023 June 30
